About Our Keynote Speaker

Kevin TouheyKevin Touhey has been working with students, athletes, coaches, educators, and business leaders and their employees for over 30 years. Following a career as a collegiate athletic director at Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he was elected to the school’s Hall of Fame and stints as a college basketball coach, including as an assistant coach at the University of Pennsylvania, he has made an impact as a certified Life Coach for over 14 years. He has devoted much of his career to teaching students, athletes, coaches and educators how to reach their fullest potential. The author of two books, his first release, The Miracle of Optimism—Change Your Perspective, Transform Your Life, quickly rose on the book charts and finished at number two on the “Amazon.com Hot New Releases” book chart. His second release is The Agony of Winning: Seven Strategies for Winning Bigger with Greater Freedom, Spirit and Integrity.

A non-smoker, Kevin is a survivor of advanced stage lung cancer.
