  • Design/development/implementation of new approaches in statistical pattern recognition, automated image interpretation and computer assisted decision support for resolving problems in computational biology and diagnostic pathology/ radiology
  • Development of web-based data-mining technologies and computational methods for characterizing lymphoproliferative disorders elucidating the role that protein and molecular expression plays in determining the morphologic profiles exhibited by a range of malignancies.
