• Study of the mechanisms of inflammation-induced carcinoma and identification of new targets for cancer prevention and therapy using transgenic and knockout mice model of gastric cancer
• Mechanism-based cancer prevention and therapy by targeting inhibition of interaction of cancer cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) and myofibroblasts
• Cancer Biology: Apoptosis, Autophagy, Signal transduction, transcriptional regulation, Cancer stem cells.
