  • 3D organogenesis and humanized mouse models
  • Stem cell development and cancer stem cells utilizing patient-derived cells
  • Regulation of stem cell self-renewal by the polycomb and cyclin dependent kinase inhibitors
  • Precision cancer therapy for prostate and renal cancers, glioblastomas and leukemias
  • Through Rutgers CINJ zebrafish facility and in collaboration with several CINJ members, investigators nationwide and globally, our transgenic and mutant zebrafish models are utilized for translational cancer modeling and drug discovery strategies
  • Human adherent bone marrow-derived cells (ABMCs) cell therapy and transplantation in regenerative medicine and injury repair
