  • Regulation of cell cycle processes in the differentiated cell of the adult organism (esp. nervous system)
  • Loss of differentiation and engagement of cell death machinery and their linkage to cell cycle machinery
  • Function of the ATM protein (in neurons) as well as the E2F1 cell cycle regulator family.
