Research Interests

  • Director of the Northeast Structural Genomics Consortium (NESG), one of four large-scale centers for protein structure production of the NIH Protein Structure Initiative. Recent efforts in the laboratory focus on on applications of NMR as a tool in the emerging fields of proteomics and structural bioinformatics, particularly to networks of proteins associated with human cancers, developmental biology, and innate immune response. http://www-nmr.cabm.rutgers.edu/ or http://nesg.org/ or http://nmr.cabm.rutgers.edu:9090/HCPIN/
