• Developing algorithms for a diverse set of problems in computational molecular biology and bioinformatics
• Predicting different types of regulatory interactions, and analyzing next generation sequencing data in order to uncover changes in expression and binding across conditions of interest
• Analyzing large-scale cancer genome sequencing data sets in the context of cellular networks
• Developing approaches for understanding how genetic alterations acquired during tumorigenesis may affect interaction specificity
