  • Cell growth and death regulation of mammalian cells by bacterial toxins
  • Ihibition of actin assembly by YeeV, an E. coli toxin
  • Creation of novel functional proteins by replacing a specific amino acid with its analogues
  • Development of the technologies for NMR structural study of membrane proteins, In-cell NMR of a specific protein using the single protein production (SPP) system in E. coli and yeast
  • Specific amino acid labeling for NMR by modulating the biosynthetic pathways
