"Thank you so much for this recognition. I am grateful for the opportunity that I have to provide great care and emotional support to our patients at Rutgers Cancer Institute. I demonstrate our core values everyday by giving a friendly welcome to all patients, visitors and staff that enter the building. I greet all patients by name when possible. I am always willing to assist all patients with navigating their way around the various areas of the hospital. For example: I am not bilingual, but I have been able to assist patients who do not speak English to where they need to go. I never turn down anyone who needs my help.
