Dr. Racquel “Kelly” Kohler received her MSPH in Health Policy and Management and her PhD in Health Services Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She lived and worked in Malawi as a Fogarty fellow to conduct her mixed methods dissertation study on advanced breast cancer diagnosis. Dr. Kohler completed her postdoctoral fellowship in Cancer Prevention at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She is a resident member of the Cancer Health Equity Center in Rutgers Cancer Institute, Core Faculty Member of Rutgers Global Health Institute, and an Assistant Professor of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Rutgers School of Public Health.
