Phase 1 - Project Design/Criteria
(1-3 Days Usually)

OnCore Report of Already Banked Specimens (Simple Search)

OnCore Report of Already Banked Specimens with Simple EPIC abstraction (Advanced Search)

OnCore Report of Already Banked Specimens with Bioinformatics Reporting (Complex Search)

Bioinformatics Report to direct BRHS as to available specimens either on hand or archival

Pulling of requested specimens from on-site freezers or block storage within the BRHS

(1 to 2 Days, unless specific pick-up/shipping date requested)

Organization of specimens, Manifest Creation, OnCore Working List Creation, Work Request/Shipping Form Creation

Conducts any optimizing, staining, and pathological review of work
