Memorial Wall

When a loved one passes, families may choose to have gifts directed to CINJ in their memory. When memorial gifts total $2,500 or more, families may elect to include the name of their loved one on the Memorial Wall – a series of frosted glass panels which surround the main atrium stairway at Rutgers Cancer institute.

To make a one-time memorial donation, visit our website. Be sure to indicate that the gift is in memory of someone, which can be found near the bottom of the page.

Estate & Gift Planning

Create Your Legacy Through a Planned Gift

Charitable gifts help you meet your current philanthropic goals and extend your generosity well into the future. But did you know that some planned gifts can also protect your assets, provide for your family, and guarantee you income for life? You can even make a significant impact through a gift that costs nothing in your lifetime (through a charitable bequest under your will).

Making a planned gift is a wonderful way to show your support and appreciation for Rutgers Cancer Institute and its mission while accommodating your own personal, financial, and philanthropic goals. With smart planning, donors may actually increase the size of their commitment and/or reduce the tax burden on heirs. Just as important, a planned gift is a meaningful contribution to Rutgers.
