Mansi R. Shah, MD, is Director of Multiple Myeloma and Associate Professor of Medicine. She specializes in multiple myeloma, AL amyloidosis, and related plasma cell disorders, with expertise in CAR T-cell therapy, bispecific antibodies, and other emerging immunotherapies.
Dr. Shah leads clinical trials evaluating novel cellular and immune-based therapies and has contributed to research in treatment response, toxicity mitigation, and real-world outcomes. A central focus of her work is translating advances from clinical trials into practical, scalable models of care across a large academic–community health system, particularly for therapies that require substantial multidisciplinary coordination.
She is a member of the International Myeloma Working Group and is actively engaged in clinical research, medical education, and national advisory initiatives focused on advancing myeloma care and expanding access to novel therapies.
