I completed my bachelor of science in Biomedical Engineering at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. I then was a post-baccalaureate research fellow at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda Maryland. I attended medical school at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ before completing my residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York Presbyterian - Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York, NY. I completed my fellowship in gynecologic oncology at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, NY. I am board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Gynecologic Oncology.
In my current role as assistant professor, I proudly provide comprehensive care for patients with concern for or diagnoses of cancers of the female reproductive tract. In addition to being actively involved with medical student and residency education and training, I also serve as the associate program director for the fellowship training program in gynecologic oncology at Rutgers.
Nationally, I participate in committees and organizations such as the Society of Gynecologic Oncology and the American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
