About Me
After training in general surgery at George Washing University Hospital in Washington D.C., I completed a 2-year fellowship in complex general surgical oncology at Rutgers Cancer Institute. I am board certified in both general surgery and surgical oncology and chose to stay in New Jersey to help deliver advanced surgical oncologic care to the people of Monmouth and Ocean counties. My expertise ranges from cancers of the skin and soft tissues (i.e. melanoma, sarcoma) to gastrointestinal malignancies (i.e. colorectal, gastric), and hepato-pancreato-biliary cancers (i.e. liver, pancreas). The treatment of cancer is a team effort and with any team, communication is key. My role is to coordinate with gastroenterology, radiation oncology, and medical oncology to provide the highest quality care for my patients utilizing the latest techniques and treatment strategies available. Most of the patients I see are going through one of the toughest ordeals in their life and anything I can do to put their minds at ease and facilitate the management of their care goes a long way towards improving the patient experience and promoting well-being.

Dr Gaul is very competent and thorough
Dr Gall is the best! All assistants are very good and nice. I am very comfortable with Dr Galls opinion on my treatment. Thanks
Great guy and great surgeon. Would definitely recommend.
I was pleased that the doctor discussed my case with other physicians and decided that surgery was not in my best interest at this time. However, additional testing and a PET Scan was recommended.
Dr . Gall always takes time to explain everything and always asks if there are any questions
