About Me

My Bachelors of Science in Nursing experience was primarily in hospital critical care including ICU, CCU and Emergency Room. I have done clinical research drug trials with Ortho McNeil pharmaceuticals and have experience writing the NDA for submission to FDA for Drug approval. 

I have been a MSN prepared Adult Nurse Practitioner for 25 years and have worked within the UMDNJ now Rutgers University system in the departments of Rheumatology, Cardiology/Electrophysiology, Hospitalist Service, Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey Hospitalist Service and for the last 8 years the Rutgers Cancer Institute Surgical Oncology inpatient service at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

I maintain a current ACLS/BLS certification as well as AANP APN certification. I have current hospital privileges at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital-Barnabas Health in New Brunswick and I cover the Surgical Oncology In-patient service, Thoracic In-patient service, Breast, Endocrine and Soft Tissue In-patient services.

Our Advanced Practice Providers work in collaboration with the physicians in their respective oncology programs and may not always be scheduled directly.
