Rosabel Pastrana Vázquez

Rosabel Pastrana Vázquez moved to NJ in 2007 from Guerrero, Mexico. Mrs. Pastrana is a Health Ambassador in the City of New Brunswick and she considers her fundamental role to be a bridge between the community and the healthcare institutions. She works hard to dispel myths and misinformation by providing accurate and timely health information and resources for community members to make the best health decision for themselves and their families. Rosabel is an active member of the Holy Family Parish and she coordinates their Mexican Folkloric Dance Group. Through her volunteer work with the dance group she teaches young people from about their language, culture and traditions in an effort for them to form a positive sense of identity and self-image. Mrs. Pastrana is the proud mother of two young children, Freddy and Rosita.
