Development of a Health Enhancement Resource System (HERS) to Address Urban, Cervical Cancer Disparities.

Aim 1: To adapt and implement a text message version of TC3/HERS while assessing feasibility at Rutgers Health sites using participatory research strategies.
Aim 2: To test acceptability/usability of text messaging mode of TC3/HERS delivery.
