My passion for cancer care was ignited during an internship in community outreach cancer education at the College of St. Elizabeth, where I witnessed the profound impact of early detection and education on patient outcomes. This experience propelled me into oncology nursing at RWJ New Brunswick, where I specialized in bone marrow transplantation. Here, I gained extensive experience in critical care, patient management, and the complexities of cancer treatment.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, I pursued a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rutgers University. This advanced training deepened my expertise in evidence-based practices and reinforced my dedication to patient-centered care, equipping me with advanced skills in cancer detection, treatment, and comprehensive management.
I am honored to be part of the Rutgers Cancer Institute, where I collaborate with our patients and team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
