Rutgers Cancer Institute offers a summer volunteer program for teens who want to serve their community in a world-class healthcare setting. Volunteers support the hospital by greeting, directing and escorting visitors, visiting patients on nursing floors, and discharging patients.

The teen summer program requires an 8-hour commitment per week. Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon only.

Please be aware that we do not offer internships or shadowing opportunities.
