- What are the consequences and mechanism of aberrant splicing in lung cancer on histology (LUAD and LUSC) and races (EA and AA)?
- How production of race-specific differentially splice variants directly attribute to the dysregulation of associated factors in lung cancer specimens of AA compared to EA patients (eg. Cell surface proteins, Cancer Drivers)?
- Are any of the patterns or specific deferentially spliced genes associated to health disparities or with other factors such as smoking, age, gender, survival etc.?
