Connecting to your provider's online waiting room
- Check your email to find your provider's unique waiting room link. It may look something like this:
 - If you still can't find the link, contact your provider.
 
Checking In
- Step-by-step Check-In Instructions
 - You can use your smartphone or iPad to access the video conference with your provider
	
- When prompted for access to your Camera and Microphone choose Allow.
 - If you do not have a smartphone or iPad, you may be able to use a desktop, tablet, or laptop with a microphone and camera.
 - Headphones are not required but can help improve voice clarity.
		
- If you have headphones, earbuds, or AirPods that you use to make calls on your smartphone, these will have the highest quality for both you and your provider.
 
 - If you're using an Apple computer, please use Safari. If it is not an Apple device, please use Google Chrome.
 
 - Enter your name in the box provided and press "Check In."
	
- Once you check in you'll be placed in your provider's virtual waiting room.
		
- Your provider will start the call.
 
 - If the provider cannot hear you, they may request to call you on the phone.

 - Once you check in you'll be placed in your provider's virtual waiting room.
