Research Interests

  • Coupling high-throughput genomic techniques with computational models to understand gene regulation in cancer
  • Understanding the interplay between the epigenome, DNA sequence, TF binding and other factors and how these interactions lead to transcriptional phenotype in cancer cells
  • The mechanism by which non-coding variation alter such interactions in a way that causes cancer
  • Developing predictive models of gene regulation across different cancer cells
