The effect of elaborated versus standard harm reduction messaging about e-cigarettes for adults who smoke

1. Identify if any tested messages improve accuracy of relative harm beliefs or change intentions to use e-cigarettes
2. Identify is some messages are more effective than others
3. Assess if belief profile at baseline impact the effectiveness of different messages
4. Assess if neurocognitive response during message exposure predicts actual beliefs and behavior change.
