Luminal Bladder Cancer Effective Response to Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy (LUMBER-NAC)
Primary Objective:
Compare patient-reported quality of life (PRQOL) differences between the trial arms, those receiving NAT followed by cystectomy versus those receiving upfront cystectomy.
Secondary Objectives:
1. Compare circulating tumor cell DNA (ctDNA) levels between the trial arms, those receiving NAT followed by cystectomy versus those receiving upfront cystectomy.
2. Compare oncologic safety of forgoing NAT in patients with luminal MIBC using pathologic stage and recurrence-free survival as secondary endpoints.
