Faculty Perspectives on Pediatric Hematology Oncology Fourth Year Fellowships

The data obtained using this survey will be used to analyze faculty perceptions of pediatric hematology- fourth year subspecialty fellowship and their perceived impact on early career trajectories. Additionally, this survey will delve deeper into the experience of SCT fellowship from the perspective of SCT fellowship directors and divisional leadership to better understand the focus and impact of such fellowship. This will allow for a clearer understanding of the value of fourth year subspecialty PHO fellowships and practices of faculty surrounding recommendation and hiring. Additionally, the data may inform practice changes within the SCT fellowship structure.
