Evaluating Awareness, Treatment Preferences, and Education on Current Advances in Sickle Cell Disease Management Among Pediatric, Adolescent, and Young Adult Patients.

Evaluate the disease status and current health status of pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients with SCD.
Assess knowledge of curative therapies- allogenic stem cell transplant (HCT) and gene therapy (GT) among pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients (AYA)with sickle cell disease.
Assess treatment preference and investigate factors influencing treatment choices based on perceived risks and benefits.
Deliver Education: Develop and disseminate an educational module and an interactive video to improve knowledge of SCD management options.
Facilitate Referrals: Establish a referral mechanism connecting patients to centers providing curative therapies.
