SERVICES PROVIDED

The Immune Monitoring Shared Resource offers a wide range of services for clinical and basic science research.  From sample processing and preparation, to analysis on our many platforms, to data analysis, the experienced staff is available to meet your research needs. For more information about any of the services below, please contact us.

 

GENERAL CORE SERVICES

  • Consultation / experiment planning
  • Assistance with grant preparation for provided services
  • Assistance with manuscript figure and methods preparation for provided services
  • Clinical trial initiation / laboratory manual preparation
  • Shipping of samples processed by the facility


SAMPLE PROCESSING AND STORAGE

  • PBMC isolation from whole blood
  • Serum isolation from whole blood
  • Tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) isolation from tissue
  • RNA/DNA isolation from cells or tissue
  • ccfDNA isolation from whole blood
  • RNA isolation from FFPE tissue blocks
  • Custom isolation/dissociation available upon consultation
