I am excited to join the malignant hematology group at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. My board certification is from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and I have been an Oncology Certified nurse since 2011. I have been gaining malignant hematology experience since the 1990s while working at St Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey. I recently transitioned from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center after 13 years of working in lymphoma and research with solid tumors.
My focus centers around the patient's understanding of their treatment and disease process. I am the creator and principal investigator of improving oral adherence with the use of a teaching tool called a MedLog since 2015.
Our Advanced Practice Providers work in collaboration with the physicians in their respective oncology programs and may not always be scheduled directly.
